Rabbi Asher Kasirer grew up in Queens, New York where he attended Rabbinical Seminary of America for 11 years, following 3 years of Talmudic study at Yeshivas Toras Chaim in Miami, Florida. After receiving semicha (Rabbinic Ordination), he joined the YDLV family as the 7th grade Rebbi and Middle School Boys Program Coordinator. Rabbi Kasirer brings a unique positive energy to the classroom, where he creates an environment in which students love Torah learning and are excited to grow. As the grandson of a Holocaust survivor who dedicated his life to teaching Torah, Rabbi Kasirer is a proud third generation Rebbi carrying on this illustrious legacy to future generations.
