Mrs. Esther Rothman
Mrs. Esther Rothman studied education and curriculum planning in Los Angeles and Israel before coming to Las Vegas to work in the field. She holds a Masters in Education and dual bachelors in psychology and Hebrew, as well as a certificate in Day School education. She has always enjoyed working with young children, but primarily taught elementary and high school aged students before creating Shabbos morning and mommy and me programs.
While her children were young, she attended Music Together classes with them, which led her to ultimately taking classes toward becoming a certified Music Together teacher. Together with the classroom teachers and with a variety of music, movement and engaging activities, Esther will introduce the classes to a variety of musical sounds, tonalities, instruments, and musical language. She is thrilled to join the YDLV team and cannot wait to start making music with the ECEC children!
Our mission is to create and maintain a superior educational environment that inspires in each student a love of G-d, a reverence for the Torah and its mitzvos and a lifelong commitment to the acquisition of knowledge.
Yeshiva Day School of Las Vegas promotes individual achievement, a desire, curiosity and thirst for all areas of knowledge, a positive self-image, a respect for individual differences and the development of Jewish moral and ethical behavior.
