Morah Riva Rubin
Mrs. Riva Rubin grew up in London, England, and as a teenager made Aliyah to Israel, where she studied Special Education at Bar-Ilan University. Mrs. Rubin and her husband relocated to Las Vegas in 2008. As a mother of three children with special needs, Mrs. Rubin entered the field with a passion and deep understanding for the challenges that children with special needs face. Subsequently, she has shared her talent to cater to the specialized needs of each child and give them the individualized attention they require. Using this skill, Mrs. Rubin has worked successfully as a facilitator and teacher at Lubavitch on the Palisades, Tenafly, New Jersey. Mrs. Rubin is our Resource and Art Teacher.
Our mission is to create and maintain a superior educational environment that inspires in each student a love of G-d, a reverence for the Torah and its mitzvos and a lifelong commitment to the acquisition of knowledge.
Yeshiva Day School of Las Vegas promotes individual achievement, a desire, curiosity and thirst for all areas of knowledge, a positive self-image, a respect for individual differences and the development of Jewish moral and ethical behavior.
