Rabbi Dov Moskowitz
Rabbi Dov Moskowitz is the Assistant Principal at Yeshiva Day School of Las Vegas. He brings a compassionate and enthusiastic personality which has allowed him to connect with students, parents, and teachers for over 13 years. Rabbi Moskowitz grew up in Syracuse New York and spent 14 years post high school in Yeshivas Chofetz Chaim, culminating in his reception of Semicha ordination from the yeshiva. He also received a Masters degree in education from St. John’s University and participated in the Mercaz Center for Teacher Training and the Principal Training Institute of the Consortium of Jewish Day Schools. He was involved in a year long principal mentorship under the Consortium of Jewish Day Schools.
Rabbi Moskowitz has taught at the elementary, middle, and high school levels and served as the Director of Judaic Programming at Soille San Diego Hebrew Day School. During that time, he created and coordinated programs, mentored Judaic teachers, and implemented new material into the curriculum.
