Mrs. Leora Levine
Mrs. Leora Levine, LCSW earned her Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania in her hometown of Philadelphia, PA. While living in Queens, NY, Mrs. Levine worked as a school social worker in the special education department of Magen David Yeshiva in Brooklyn. After relocating to Las Vegas in 2012, Mrs. Levine began working for the Jewish Family Service Agency as a school counselor in the Las Vegas Valley. She is the coordinator of “Educate Las Vegas”, a program designed to evaluate, administer educational testing, and implement accommodations to help all students thrive.
Outside of the school building, Mrs. Levine enjoys spending time with her family and taking lots of pictures!
Yeshiva Day School Counseling is provided by the JFSA through a grant by the Jewish Federation of Las Vegas.
